Six Northern Territory Isolated Children's Parents' Association (NT ICPA) Councillors visited Darwin recently, attending meetings with the government departments and Ministers to talk about the challenges in education for rural and remote Territory families.
It's meant to be a mini-delegation but NT ICPA (Isolated Children's Parents' Association) State Council's round of meetings in Darwin on 11th & 12th June 2018 was anything but 'mini'. A jam-packed schedule of meetings had been organised with some very important people, to discuss the big issues impacting education in the bush.
The Review team wants to understand the views of NT families and carers of Students with Additional Needs enrolled in NT Government schools and collect views on the current policies and practices relevant to these students in the Northern Territory. Read more.
